The Macon County Health Department will be hosting several back-to-school events. The first one will be July 30th.
Students who attend the events can receive the following:
back-to-school vaccines
lead testing
dental screening
physicals
eye test
The Macon County Health Department confirmed that Bement CUSD 5 students who do not live in Macon County CAN participate in these events.
The deadline to turn in required physical and immunization records for Bement CUSD 5 students is SEPTEMBER 15, 2024.
Our offices are open all summer if you need to drop off or mail updated records for your student.
