Due to the forecasted dangerously low temperatures, Bement CUSD 5 will have a Remote Learning Day on Friday, January 23. Students should follow their teacher's posted directions and schedule for remote learning. If your child needs help accessing learning materials or has technology issues, please contact the school office. A decision regarding all evening activities will be announced by noon on Friday, January 23. Families should continue to monitor district communication for any additional updates. Thank you for your support and partnership as we prioritize student and staff safety.

Gingerbread house decorating fun.

More gingerbread house decorating fun.

Middle school students wrapped up the quarter by enjoying board games and building gingerbread houses over the final two days.

Additional pictures from the middle school reindeer feeding station challenge.

6th and 8th grade science students took advantage of the long class periods to compete in construction challenges.
Here they had to construct reindeer feeders that held cookies off of the ground and withstood gale force winds.
Students had limited time and a tight supply budget. The good news is, most were successful!
